The main carrier material of prefabricated pond construction are steel panels. For this reason, such pools are also called panel pools. Our steel panels are produced as double layer protection as anti-corrosion and lacquer. Thus, it is used as the main carrier with the highest strength under the soil. Liner coating is applied on the main carrier. Liner; Providing 100% sealing; is a highly flexible, anti-bacterial material. The size you ordered is manufactured in one piece with machines in the factory. White, light blue, adriatic blue as well as single colors such as; There are different pattern options such as mosaic or marble.
After the main steel carrier and liner coating of the pool, electricity and water lines are drawn. In this process, the whole installation is used as a flexible and one-piece, without the use of fittings and fixed pipes, such as direct-mint-free.
Prefabricated pools are "Skimmer" System.
Prefabricated ready-made pools are called skimmer, surface scraper system. In these systems, water is about 5 cm below the surface. Water taken from the pond by means of skimmer nozzles is sent directly to the filtration system. The clean water coming out of the filtration system is fed back into the pool through the feed nozzles. The skimmer system does not require a balance tank such as overflow systems. So you can reserve more space in your garden for the pool.
